Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return for eligible in-stock products within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include all accessories and contents

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Pre-order products that have entered production
  • Deposit-based pre-orders
  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Products marked as final sale

Doll Clothing Size Policy

Detailed measurements, size charts, compatibility information, photos, and videos are provided whenever available.

Customers are encouraged to review all sizing information before purchasing.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit preferences
  • Compatibility assumptions

Size-related issues are not considered product defects.


Pre-Order Cancellation

Deposit Orders

Deposits are non-refundable.

Full-Payment Pre-Orders

Orders may be canceled within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once production has started, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.


Collectible Figure Delays

Production delays are common within the collectible figure industry.

Manufacturer delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations once production has begun.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing item

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.


Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Carrier handling charges
  • Any related fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-related reasons:
